Questions

When does a site count as live?

When you connect its domain and publish it. Until then you can build, preview and share it with the client for free.

How does volume pricing work?

Your per-site rate drops automatically as you add live sites. Your current rate is always shown in the agency panel.

Do my clients ever get a bill from you?

No. We bill the agency or freelancer for every site on the account. How you charge your clients is up to you.

Are prices shown with VAT?

All prices are in pounds and exclude VAT. UK VAT is added to your invoice.

What if I take a site offline or a client leaves?

Unpublish the site and billing for it stops at the end of the period. You can also hand the site over to the client with its full history.

Are there limits on editors or traffic?

You can add as many editors as you need. Static files on Cloudflare handle traffic spikes without you having to think about them.
