Who we are

What we collect

• Waitlist details: your name, email, phone (if given), business name, website and the answers you give on the sign-up form.
• Account details: names and email addresses of people in your agency and the clients you invite.
• Billing details: your billing contact and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment provider, [Payment provider], and we never see them.
• Usage of our own website: [Analytics tool], which does not use cookies.

Your clients' websites

For the sites you build on Statically, you (or your client) are the data controller and we are the data processor. That covers content, media and form submissions collected on those sites. We process that data only to host and run the sites, under our terms and data processing agreement. Form submissions are kept for the period set for each form, 365 days by default.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

• To contact you about the waitlist and early access: legitimate interests.
• To provide your account and the service: contract.
• To bill you and keep financial records: legal obligation.
• To send product updates, only if you've opted in: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. We use a small number of suppliers to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), [Email provider] (email), [Payment provider] (payments) and [Server host] (the platform). Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until you join or ask us to remove them, account data while your account is open plus [period], and billing records for six years, as required by HMRC.

Cookies

Our website sets no tracking cookies. The platform uses only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@staticallycms.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
